You'll probably be aware that we at heat are big fans of telly. We love telly so much that we devoted literally our whole careers to talking about telly.
But in amongst all the Geordie Shore, X Factor and I'm A Celeb, there's one programme that'll always hold a special place in our hearts, and that's (obviously) Friends.
Has there ever been a show as good as Friends? Nope, there has not.
We kinda like to imagine that the six of them still spend their days sitting in a coffee shop rolling their eyes at Matthew Perry's jokes, tutting at David Schwimmer's stories and lolling at weird shit Lisa Kudrow says.
But realistically Jennifer Aniston didn't even invite Joey and Chandler to her IRL wedding.

So we get super excited when one of the cast members talks about the show, and we got seeeeeriously emotional at Jennifer's recent statement on how Friends wouldn't work in the modern world.
It made us kinda :(
Speaking to Lorraine Kelly, she said: "Honestly I don’t know what we would do, I think that period of time was nostalgic, our faces weren’t stuffed into cell phones, we weren’t checking Facebook and Instagram, we were in a room together, we were in a coffee shop talking having conversations, we have lost that."
So true. If Friends was set now, Joey would prob be so busy on Tinder we wouldn't even hear from him.

She also added: "I look back on it with huge affection. Not only was it a gift for us it’s something people could take with us. It’s comfort food and it makes people feel better when they’re feeling down."
