In news that will probably break millions of TOWIE fans hearts (including ours), it's been rumoured that Essex' resident long haired, pouty and heavily tattooed FITLORD, Pete Wicks, could be bowing out of the show after the stress of his break-up with Megan McKenna.
Break-ups are never easy, but having to work alongside your ex-boyfriend and have your arguments broadcasted on TV must be HELLA stressful, so it's understandable that Pete is thinking about his future on the show.
Especially as the fall-out from the break-up is affecting his close pals - notably his best pal Chloe Sims.
A pal of Pete's reportedly told The Sun: "Pete is looking forward to this series coming to an end – it’s been a stressful few weeks and the situation with Megan is beginning to take its toll.
"He loves being a part of the show but hasn’t enjoyed watching his break-up play out in front of the nation – not to mention the constant arguments that followed and subsequent fall-outs with pals.
"Sometimes he’s wondered whether it’s all worth it and is currently at odds whether or not to return.
"But with a long break coming up, he hopes he’ll be able to take stock, repair those damaged relationships and return a happier, more positive man."
This news could come after Pete was seen having a VERY heated argument with TOWIE power couple Tommy Mallet and Georgia Kousoulou a couple of days ago. Could Pete be defending Megan against what people have been saying about her recently?
We'll have to wait and see...
