There’s a Love Island song and it’s obviously called ‘Eggs in a Basket’

Unfortunately, Chris, Kem and Marcel aren't involved

Fewer things in life are giving us as much joy as Love Island at the moment, and we're not ashamed to admit we’re genuinely considering some form of group therapy session when the show ends next week.

(Here's how you can plan a proper Love Island party for the final, btw)

The main thing keeping us going, and reassuring us we're totes normal, is the fact that the rest of the world is as equally as obsessed with all things Love Island and some legends have even gone and made an actual song about the show.

No, we're not talking about Marcel Somerville, Kem Cetinay and Chris Hughes' incredible rap.

But an aspiring musicians Andy van Pop, Symbolik and Bli-T (yeah, we're not got a clue either) have produced a single dedicate to the antics in the villa.

Oh, and it's called Eggs in a Basket. Obviously.

Lyrics include references to all the Islanders and their famous sayings.

The chorus sounds pretty catchy: "Is she the one? I just wanna have some fun, 'cause she’s really just my type on paper she’s my flavour, yeah.”

With the famous line, “put your eggs in one basket," cropping up throughout.

The video even features a basket of eggs. WE CAN'T DEAL.

Watch it for yourself here.

And now check out this vid of Blazin' Squad reacting Kem, Marce and Chris rapping their little hearts out.
