We like to think we're pretty well up on this series on Love Island, seeing as we dedicate approximately 89% of our waking ours to it. One think we didn't know, though, is the adorable way Gabrielle Allen's paying tribute to her late father while in the villa.
Her dad tragically passed away four years ago after losing his battle with brain cancer; and you might not have realised she's actually been wearing his sunglasses as a 'good luck charm' over in Majorca.
Speaking to the Daily Star a source said: "It was an extremely quick diagnosis, the family had very little notice. Her dad was her best friend, she has an incredible family, her mother and brother and Gabby have supported each other immensely the past few years.
"We’re aware the sunglasses Gabby wears on the show were her father’s and they’re her good luck charm."
There's also a comment on one of Gabby's latest Instagram posts - run by her close friends and family - reading 'Check Gab out rocking her Dad’s sunglasses.'
