Zara Holland, former Miss GB, former Love Island contestant, former friend of Kady McDermott(probably) has been having a tough old couple of days.
Firstly, she did the lying down dance with possibly-a-bit-of-a-rotter Alex Bowen, which is 100% FINE EVERYBODY, OK? Except that she massively regretted it.
This lead to her being stripped of her Miss GB crown in a move that has incensed fans.
And then her mum was taken ill and she had to leave Love Island.
But Zara can take comfort in her time of need as at least one person has her back.

You remember Dan. Zara chose him over Javi Shephard to stay on the show, showing a terrible error of judgement as Javi was wonderful, despite describing Zara as a piece of wood.
You know, Dan. He was the pants model. The one who was discovered by David Gandy.
He had absolutely nothing to say for himself. That's the one.
Although, in fairness, he did try to make a go of things with Zara but unfortunately she found him physically repulsive.
Which is probably for the best, those two would have been like dry sticks rubbing against each other.
ANYWAY, Dan has posted a message to Zara to comfort her during her dark times.
"Zara, I hope you're OK," Dan says with all his famed charisma on show.
"The lacklustre *Love Island *family are all here for you," he goes on which is pretty much 2016's Footprints in the Sand.
Still, it was nice of him to bother. And how thoughtful of him to do it with his hunky man chest out too.
Let's hope Zara doesn't notice that he called her Miss BJ though.
