DEAR GOD

Love Island

On a blistering cold morning in a country where quite literally everyone seems to be ill RN, there is one little ray of sunshine.

Love Island is returning to our screens for a spin-off special this Christmas.

Probably.

BAHHH.

The episode will feature the likes of Cara de la Hoyde and Nathan Massey, Olivia Buckland and Alex Bowen, plus Kady McDermot and Scott Thomas – as well as a whole load of the other cast.

And the above are all still together, may we add.

An ITV source said: "The whole project is currently in pre-production but there’s a real buzz around the idea.

"It’s just a case of working out the logistics with schedules and locations," they added to The Sun.

The show apparently won't be taking place in the Spanish villa, and it's not known whether Caroline Flack will be joining.

A surprising amount of the couples from this year's show seem to be doing extremely well.

Olivia and Alex are planning on moving in together, getting a puppy and talking about getting engaged.

And Kady and Scott have also hinted at marriage.

When asked who she thought would be the first Love Island couple married, she replied: "Me and Scott.

Scott Kady

"I've been introduced to the family, Scott's family prefer me over him. My grandad, my sister, my mum, they all love him," she told OK! online.

And Nathan and Cara are just being their usual perfect in every way selves.

Maybe a Christmas special onscreen wedding? Guys?
