Love Island's voiceover chap Iain Stirling's teased we could be seeing the show's first ever transgender contestant when it returns to our tellyboxes later this year.
Potentially following in the footsteps of Britain's Next Top Model, with Talulah-Eve Brown being their first trans contestant, Iain reckons there's no reason Love Island shouldn't have similar applicants.
Asked if the show might have a transgender contestant, Iain told the Daily Star: "Why not? Last year we had a bisexual romance."
Brilliant.
He also spilled some stuff about this year's male applicants, adding: "They were three tattooed bodybuilders with Essex haircuts and I thought 'they’re not here for an admin job.'"
We're not actally sure when Love Island's gonna be back on our screens as yet, but chances are it'll be late spring/early summer like last year. Oh, and it sort of goes without saying it'll be incredible.
Probs just gonna cancel all social plans between now and September just in case.
