We might be getting more Twilight AND Hunger Games films. SERIOUSLY.

But can you have too much of a good thing?

Apart from being MAJOR Harry Potter fans (see our last 4141414 articles about all things Hazza P) we're also big fans of several other film franchises based on best-loved books. Two in particular being Twilight and Hunger Games.

And it looks as though we could be getting more films in both series!

According to Variety, the CEO of Lionsgate (the ones who produce the films) revealed more Twilight and Hunger Games films are a real possibility if the authors – Stephanie Meyer (Twilight) and Suzanne Collins (Hunger Games) – wanted to get involved.

"There are a lot more stories to be told, and we're ready to tell them when our creators are ready to tell those stories," Jon Feltheimer reportedly explained during a call with a Wall Street analyst.

"If it were possible for us all to get in a room together and have exhibitors and studios and digital distributors all get in a room together, I’ve seen enough research to really believe that it’s really something that would be good for everybody," he continued.

The Twilight films came to end back in 2012 with the release of Breaking Dawn Part 2, while the final instalment of the Hunger Games series MockingJay Part 2 only came out in 2015.

We just have a few questions.

Do we REALLY need more films? Is it possible to have too much of a good thing?

What about a Hunger Games/Twilight mash-up where Robert Pattinson and Jennifer Lawrence fall madly in love after a brutal battle between vampires and tributes?

Too far?
