Last night's episode of The Only Way Is Essex KICKED OFF.
Viewers finally got to see what actually happened leading up to Megan McKenna having to be physically restrained when she came face-to-face with her ex Pete Wicks.
In scenes that aired last night, fans saw Pete and Megan meet to discuss their latest drama following the break-up, after Megan had seen some pictures of Pete looking pretty close to their co-star Chloe Sims.
At first it looked as though the former love-birds were going to have a civil conversation (civil in Essex terms, anyway) with Megan explaining: "I was upset about some things she [Chloe] said after those pics happened, like I was an attention seeker. My best mates ain’t saying that about you."
Pete then replied (complete with a totes pass agg facial expression): "Amber [Turner] is saying I’m so petty."
After stating that she thinks that she's actually dealt with the situation quite well, she also asked Pete why he hadn't stopped his friends and other people from talking about the relationship and accused Pete of playing the victim.
This is where things started to get a bit, er, tense.
Clenching his jaw, Pete responed: "How do you want me to put a stop to it? I’m telling them I don’t want to talk about it, I don’t want to talk about you, I’m telling everyone not to slag you off, I don’t need it.
"I said forget it, she can do what she wants."
Megan then branded their situation a 'f*cking mess' thanks to Pete and the whole sexting saga got brought up.
There were tears. And a LOT of shouting.
Pete said Megan never forgave him, Megan said Pete was 'f*cking miserable' all the time and accused him of putting on an act.
Pete asked Megan: "Why do you not f*ing give me a chance?"
And Megan shouted back: "Because I don't believe it, I don't believe it, it's fake, you're fake."
Megs then stormed off and Pete was left standing on his own, before marching up the street to follow her. There was more hushed arguing and then the cameras stopped rolling before the REAL dramz took place. Read all about that here.
