Calls for Ryan Ruckledge to be removed from the Big Brother house have been made after he posted an alleged transphobic and racist tweet.

Former BB winner Luke Anderson, who was born female and is a trans man, was targeted by Ryan after he triumphed on the show in 2012.

And now Luke and his fans are calling for former X Factor flop Ryan to be removed from the programme.

In a tweet that has since been deleted, Ryan wrote: “Luke A I really hope you make the most of your minge while you’ve got it cos we all no you gonna buy urself a black cock with your winnings!”

Reposting the shocking message, Luke wrote: “#bigbrother @bbuk RT @TransgenderZone I hope you kick this transphobic idiot out. If you don’t I will scale the wall.”

He added: “I really hope I get to meet that little s*itstain @bbuk.”

A representative for the show told heatworld: "Big Brother does not condone any offensive behaviour in the house.

"If offensive comments of that sort are made in the house, Big Brother will deal with them appropriately, in accordance with its long-standing protocols."

Luke received plenty of support from his followers, with one responding: “That’s vile! He needs removing off our screens.”

Referring to Ryan’s homosexuality, another wrote: “This is vile, it’s beyond me how someone can be part of the LGBT and not support one of the biggest communities within.”

Someone else posted: “For all those liking Ryan on @bbuk you need to read this tweet & see him for what a vile man he is.”

The news comes after Ryan’s fellow former housemate Andrew Tate was removed from the house.

The boxer insisted it was because producers were concerned he was going to cause too much disruption with his plan to cause paranoia within the main house after moving from the house next door.

But it has been alleged Andrew was removed from the series because a video emerged of him hitting a girl with a belt.

Defending himself, Andrew highlighted the fact that scenes had been aired in which contestant Marco Pierre White Jr asked his love interest Laura Carter to playfully strangle him with a belt.

He added on Twitter: “I am not a violent man… I have never hurt a girl in my life and this is a total lie trying to make me look bad.”
