It's the first day back in the office here at heat and we're pretty much shells of our pre-Christmas selves, RN. The New Year's Eve hangover is still lingering and the green tea that's replaced the afternoon Christmas cocktails just isn't quite cutting it.
We've got a serious case of the January blues BUT in this bleak month of work-out DVDs and diets there is one shining beacon of light.
Celebrity Big Brother is back on our screens tonight and we could not be more excited if we tried.
Have you seen the line-up? We're hoping for some almighty goss from Ray-J (y'know from Kim Kardashian's sex tape? LOL).
Anyway, speaking on This Morning, erm this morning, Rylan Clark spilled the beans on a few CBB secrets.
The Big Brother's Bit On The Side host spoke out about returning to the house as a contestant.
He started off a bit cautions and said: "Look anything could happen this series, I present Bit on the Side, it would be hard to go in as a housemate."
BUT soon Davina McCall – who is filling in for Holly and previously presented Big Brother on Channel 4 – had him in the palm of her hand and he gave us a little more to play with.
Davina offered up a little suggestion: "Imagine if you went in and in the evening you could come into the Diary Room and just do a little bit of presenting…"
And judging my Rylan's face at the time, she may have hit the nail on the head there.
He quickly added: "Look, I would never rule anything out with that show, it was a massive part of your life, it was the making of my life. I love the show and I had the best time in the house as a housemate."

Rylan also revealed that the secret house from last year is BACK, but with a twist.
He explained: "The second house that we had last year, if you remember, that’s still there… but it’s not a house!
"It’s still there, but it’s not what you think it’ll be!"
