Jeremy McConnell has spoken about his experience in the Celebrity Big Brother house ahead of the new series launch but failed to mention Stephanie Davis’ name once.

The Irish reality star shares son Caben-Albi with the former Hollyoaks actress and the on-off couple publicly played out their rocky relationship after meeting on the reality show last year.

Ahead of the new series of CBB, which stars on Channel 5 on Tuesday, Jeremy offered some advice based on his time in the reality television house to the new contestants.

And he appears to have made some digs at Stephanie in the process without actually confirming who he’s talking about.

In an article for Metro, he wrote: “You will naturally gravitate to people that are for you, you will have game players and you will have tactical people in there, but they will get weeded out.”

Slamming people who put on a show for screen time, he added: “I could sense people playing up to cameras all the time, but it’s a TV show at the end of the day so I sat back and let it amuse me.

“I was sharing with actors and actresses and reality TV personas too, so it’s expected, people sometimes know when to turn the heat on to create camera time.”

Jeremy’s words come after Stephanie has spent the last few weeks concentrating on their son as she puts her and Jezza’s relationship woes behind her following their split last month.

Model Jeremy recently opened up about taking cocaine and drinking too much alcohol in a bid to cope wth the loss of his mother, brother and sister close together at the age of 15.
