Sarah Jessica Parker has sent fans into a mega tizz by hinting that there may be more Sex And The City on the way.

yes, Yes, YES!

When quizzed on whether fans should give up hope of more SATC forever and turn sadly back to our box sets, SJP said:

"I don't think any of us have said no. I don't know whether it's a series or the movie.

"I think that remains an open question and discussion that will continue until it's been resolved.

"I think that's always a possibility, definitely," she told the Press Association.

If we had our way it'd be a series for sure. The movies were… not all we'd hoped they'd be. Especially the second one, stunning turn from Liza Minnelli or not.

Sex And The City ran from 1998 to 2004 and was basically one of the best things on the telly ever. Sure, there are bits of it that are best thought of as being, ahem, of their time BUT we still wish that Carrie, Miranda, Sam and Charlotte were our actual, real life, friends.

The films came out in 2008 and 2012. Don't bother with the second one, seriously.

In other telly news:

Has Geordie Shore's Aaron Chalmers signed up for Ex On The Beach? And would Marnie Simpson go in as his ex? If the great love affair of our time (Marns and Lewis Bloor of the enormous and hairless peen ended, obvs).

Speaking of Geordie Shore, series 13 is nearly upon us! There's cast RETURNING, cast LEAVING and a snog we absolutely did not see coming. Find out all the gory details. Go on.

And Vicky Pattison, Stacey Solomon, Joe Swash and Chris Ramsey have all been CONFIRMED for I’m A Celebrity: Camp Extra. Woo!
