Sharon Osbourne has hit out at people who have accused her of being drunk during The X Factor live shows, branding them "sad f**ks".
Some have claimed that the music manager’s erratic on-screen behaviour is because she has been enjoying a few alcoholic drinks behind the scenes.
She told The Sun: "It really pisses me off because, the things is, this isn’t University Challenge. We’re in the music industry. You’re meant to have a good time, be entertained, have a laugh...
"Because somebody’s having a good time do they have to be drunk because you’re a sad f**k and need to get loaded to have a good time? I don’t"
Sharon has been seen laughing with her fellow judges Louis Walsh, Simon Cowell and Nicole Scherzinger, and earlier in the series even grabbed Nicole’s boob during a live episode.
She has also forgotten her own acts’ names a number of times and has looked into the wrong cameras when she was meant to be delivering messages to the viewers at home.
After seeing her antics earlier in the series, one viewer tweeted: "I don’t watch X Factor but it is just on… is Sharon always like this? She’s all over the place!"
Another person wrote: "I’m 100% sure every time I watch X Factor Sharon is drunk."
And Sharon is even more annoyed at the comments because her own family, including her rocker husband Ozzy Osbourne, have fought alcohol and drug issues in the past.
Ozzy has been to rehab a number of times as have their children Jack and Kelly.
Sharon said: "It pisses me off because my family have been in and out of the programme and it’s been something I’ve fought for them for their whole lives and it’s like, ‘Nah, piss off. Get a life!’"
