Their romance was never straight forward during their time on The Only Way Is Essex but Mario Falcone and Lucy Mecklenburgh are reportedly back together.
The couple got engaged on TOWIE in 2012 but split the following year after Mario admitted to cheating on Lucy.
Lucy then went on to date Olympic gymnast Louis Smith for more than a year but the couple split earlier this month.
And it’s now claimed Lucy is back with Mario, with the Italian stoking speculation by writing on Instagram: “People who are meant to be in each other’s lives will always find their way back to each other.
“They may take detours in life, but they’re never lost.”
People close to the pair have also spoken out about the current status of their relationship.
Former TOWIE star Danielle Armstrong told the Daily Star Sunday: “I think they are together.”
Another unnamed friend said: “Mario has been a shoulder for Lucy to cry on and they have gotten close again.
“He still loves her and she still has feelings for him. They don’t want to rush things and mess it up again second time around though.”
However, not everyone is so sure, as Mario’s friend and reality co-star said: “They aren’t back together but they are definitely friendly again.
“I would say watch this space.”
