This link between Friends and Home Alone has BLOWN OUR SOCKS OFF

It’s a truth pretty much universally acknowledged that Friends (the telly show) and Home Alone (the film) are the best things in the world.

We’ve watched Home Alone on an almost daily basis since Christmas Eve.

Anyway, we were absolutely REELING with shock when we heard that there’s a pretty massive link between Friends and Home Alone.

Remember when Monica and Chandler moved to that INCRED house in the suburbs to prepare to start a family and we all cried because it meant the end of the series?

Well, turns out the house is apparently THE SAME as Kevin McCallister’s in Home Alone.

WE KNOW.

‘BUT MONICA AND CHANDLER LIVE IN NEW YORK AND KEVIN’S FROM CHICAGO,’ we hear you scream. But, according to production company 22 Vision, they got in touch with the people who lived in the real house in Winnetka, Illinois, who confirmed it was the same house.

Blaaady hell.

The theory is that they used stock footage from the Home Alone film thinking nobody would notice.

Sneaky.

We wonder if baby Jack or Erica grew up to have the same kind of crazy hijinks that Kevin did?
