Bradley Hunt and Ottavio Columbro off of The X Factor have pretty much been a source of consistent shock since hitting our screens back in the audition stages.

Ottavio Columbro Bradley Hunt The X Factor

The first surprise was just them generally – who are they? Where did they come from? Are they simply a figment of our imaginations? Why oh why did they fall out for months over undercooked chicken?

The second shock was that they got through the Six Chair Challenge. We love em, but COME ON.

The third shock was that they got through to LIVE SHOWS.

Actually, we're kinda pleased about that.

Oh, and Ottavio pushed Bradley in the pool at Judges' Houses.

Lololol.

And now the biggest shock of them all (in our opinion) has been revealed.

It's emerged that Bradley FANCIES SIMON COWELL.

He's cited him as his "weird crush" in his X Factor profile (in which he also says his biggest fear is baked beans).

We already have one show romance in the form of Emily Middlemas and Ryan Lawrie (who aren't allowed to share a room, BTW) – could there be another on the cards?

PROBABLY NOT, NO.

Imagine that though…

In other very bizarre and questionable X Factor news, someone has quite literally started a petition to ban Honey G (the next Jay Z with Nicki Minaj's vibe) from the show.

honey g

Which we think is very silly.

The pointless campaign was started by the cousin of former-contestant Samantha Atkinson, who lost out on a place at live shows.

Alongside it, she wrote: "I and thousands of other X factor viewers feel she was robbed of her place on live shows tonight....when Sharon osbourne didn't place her in the top 12....then sign and show X factor bosses and Itv that they have made a huge mistake!!! Let's get Sami back as the wild card for X factor 2016."

We <3 you Honey G.
