Cannes Film Festival 2016: Blake Lively shows off her bump, Victoria Beckham rocks a jumpsuit and Bella Hadid wows

Every year the stars of the film world descend on Cannes in France to celebrate all that is new in film. Actors and actresses mingle with the world’s hottest models, designers and singers on red carpets where they shine in the chicest gowns.

This year’s opening gala was also the premiere of Woody Allen’s film Café Society, starring Blake Lively and Kristen Stewart. Blake looked stunning in a champagne hued floor sweeper that perfectly showcased her growing baby bump. K-Stew flashed the flesh in a sheer shirt with cleverly placed pockets, upping the ladylike points with a swishy midi skirt.

Victoria Beckham worked masculine chic in a jumpsuit

Designer Victoria Beckham also attended, swerving girly gowns in favour of a slick monochrome pantsuit. BFF Eva Longoria was there, too, wearing a glam gown with intricate beading.

Bella Hadid looked model-perfect in her gown

Model of the moment Bella Hadid wowed in her glittering plunge-front frock, giving proper blue steel on the red carpet. The lithe babe wore her dark locks slicked in a super tight and high pony, showing off her incredible cheekbones.

Jessica Chastain and Anna Kendrick both opted for sunny yellow gowns, Anna accessorising hers with a very dapper Justin Timberlake.

Kirsten Dunst, Susan Sarandon and Johnny Depp’s ex-lady Vanessa Paradis also all attended in style.
