The daughter of late singer Whitney Houston, Bobbi Kristina Brown, has been rushed to hospital after being found unresponsive in a bath tub.

She was discovered at home in the town of Roswell, Georgia in America by her husband Nick Gordan, almost three years after the death of her famous mother.

Nick and a friend immediately began performing CPR before she was taken to North Fulton Hospital where doctors stabilised her breathing.

A Roswell Police Department statement read: “Police are on the scene of a rescue call at the home of Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of Whitney Houston.

“Her husband and a friend located her in a bath tub this morning and she was unresponsive. He started CPR and a police officer took over live-saving measures until an ambulance arrived.

“She was transported to the hospital. Please keep her and the family in your thoughts and prayers.”

The sad news comes almost three years after the death of her later singer mother, who died in 2012 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles where she was found submerged in the bath tub.
