Former Hollyoaks actress Stephanie Davis has reportedly been arrested
Things have taken a horrific turn for Stephanie Davis and Jeremy McConnell after news that the mum-of-one has been arrested on suspicion of "attacking Jeremy McConnell".
The 24-year-old mum who infamously fell in love with Jeremy on Celebrity Big Brother in 2016 has reportedly been arrested on suspicion of GBH (grievous bodily harm) against the father of her child.
The reality stars, who are parents to six-month-old Caben-Albi, were reportedly at the Royal Chace Hotel in Enfield last night (Sunday 2 July) when the police were called after there were reports of an assault.
Steph has been staying in Enfield while she films for Big Brother's Bit on The Side. The Metropolitan Police have confirmed that Steph was arrested at the hotel and was later questioned in the local police station.
In a statement, they told The Sun: "Police in Enfield were called to a hotel in The Ridgeway, EN2 at 23:00hrs on Sunday, 2 July following reports of an assault.
"Officers attended and arrested a 24-year-old woman on suspicion of GBH.
"She has been taken to a North London police station for questioning.
"The victim was treated at the scene and did not attend hospital. Enquiries continue."
Earleir this year Jeremy was arrested for allegedly assaulting Steph and although the pair were quick to reunite he pleaded not guilty in court.
The pair continued their relationship but things turned sour last month after it was reported that the Irish model fled to Ireland after a blazing row with Steph. He then went on to slam the mother of his child on social media as "manipulative as f—k" but after she denied slating his parents who passed away it was reported that Steph was "devastated" after a "sex tape" leaked online.
