Last night's episode of The Only Way Is Essex saw mega babe Gemma Collins visit a fertility clinic as part of her mission to have a baby in the next couple of years.
Gemma previously revealed she wanted to freeze her eggs to ensure she'd be able to start a family in the future.
In last night's show Gemma returned to the clinic to receive her results from her fertility test.
While Gemma was told her uterus is fine, she received some bad news about her ovaries. Gemma was told she has a low ovarian reserve, with the doctor explaining: "That means that the number of eggs in your ovaries has come down significantly, it is not a very good result."

Gemma then asked: "You’re telling me now if I met the man of my dreams and had lots of sex I still wouldn’t get pregnant?"
The doctor then advised: "With low ovarian reserve we cannot say that you would not have a baby.
"But I would strongly recommend against egg freezing."
He also said that in order for things to improve Gemma needs to bring her BMI down, to which Gemma replied: "I'm on it."
Gemma is currently on a fitness mission with TOWIE returnee Charlie King.
After the appointment Gemma turned to her BFF Bobby Norris, revealing the sad news and explaining she felt as though it was all 'a waste of time.'
