Holly Hagan has taken to Instagram to show off her new nose, and it’s SUCH a transformation.

But she hasn’t had surgery.

The procedure was done by E4 Body Fixers star Dr Tijion Esho, who she thanked in the post.

She posted the pic with the caption: “Cannot stress enough how thankful I am to @drtijionesho @leabaue_ideal I could have so easily gone down the route of surgery but in less than 5 minutes with a small amount of filler my bump is gone! miracle worker.”

Wowzers.

Earlier this week, Holly shocked us all by tweeting that she was pregnant – but it turned out to just be a funny joke from her boyfriend Kyle.

"You're a twat," she wrote. "Am not pregnant guys … that was Kyle."

Also this week (she’s had a busy week), Holly revealed her feelings about the new Geordie Shore lasses (WHO YOU CAN MEET HERE).

Spoiler: her feelings ain’t good.

She posted an Instagram pic with the caption: "RIP to the Gshore we once knew. So happy I was there from day one. Never be the same @Charlottegshore" she tweeted, finishing with a broken heart emoji.

SOB.

AND Charlotte reposted it on her Snapchat.

Literally ALL the dramz.

Also this week (SERIOUSLY. WHAT A WEEK!), someone on Twitter posted a pic of a piece of paper that she claimed was a Geordie Shore script.

“Next time your producers go for lunch @mtvgeordie shore make sure they don’t leave behind their belonging #scriptedAF.”

The piece of paper calls the scene “Girls pamper” and states that Nathan Henry, Abbie Holborn, Zahida Allen and Sarah Goodhart are getting manicures and pedicures.

It says: “Get some funny chat from Nathan and Marnie [Simpson] informing the newbies that if they are proper Geordies then they need to be properly preened.”

It also lays down topics to be covered in the conversation, such as: “How are Zahida and Sarah feeling?” and “Chloe didn’t get annoyed about Sarah kissing Marty at work but was livid with Zahida – why do they think that is?”

What does it mean? Is Geordie Shore indeed a fix? Was the person who posted it just bored and decided to make a fake script for the lols? Or is it real and actually probably necessary for reality shows to prevent stars from sitting about discussing food and internet memes (basically all we talk about in the heat office)?

Who can be sure?
