They've been together for less than a year, but Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid have already ticked off a lot of big relationship milestones. Break-up songs and sassy remarks from the exes of both parties? Yup. Cute af joint Vogue shoot? You betcha. A proposal? Er, apparently.
Word on the street is that Zayn's already popped the question to Gigi; An offer she reportedly declined despite the fact we'd literally walk over hot coals, sell our own sister and do various other unmentionable things to have extended to us.
HMM.
According to the oh-so-reliable (ahem) Life & Style, Zayn asked Gigi to marry him with a source-type person explaining: "She’s only 21 and doesn’t feel ready to tie the knot, so she turned him down."
Alrighty then.
They added: "She's seen her mom go through two messy divorces, so Gigi wants to make 100 per cent sure Zayn's the one before she makes a lifetime commitment."
Fair enough, love. Still highly doubt this actually happened, but we've heard stranger stories.
This all comes after Zigi reportedly split back in June, with a supposed insider telling E!: "Zayn and Gigi did break up, but they can likely get back together tomorrow. It's all very unclear what's going on between them now." The pair obviously patched things up though, eh?
