It seems as though every day there's a new twist in the Jeremy McConnell – Stephanie Davis saga.
All throughout Steph's pregnancy Jeremy denied he was the father, however things looked to be back on track when he finally stepped up to his duties as a dad once Caben-Albi had been born.
Jez even moved to Steph's hometown of Liverpool to co-parent Caben and sparked a whole load of rumours the pair were back together.
But then there were claims that Jeremy had been arrested following an assault in Liverpool and Steph had been named in reports as his victim. Jeremy has since been released and had reportedly returned to Ireland.
Merseyside Police issued the following statement: "The 27-year-old man arrested earlier today [Thursday 16th March] on suspicion of assault and criminal damage has been released pending a disposal decision."
However, now it appears he is back in Liverpool and spending time with Steph and his son, fuelling rumours the pair are back on again.
Last night Jez shared an adorable video playing baby Caben while a woman, who sounded like Steph, laughed in the background.
He captioned the video: "What a dude."
Caben does look ridiculously cute, doesn't he?
Stephanie Davis recently addressed her relationship with Jeremy McConnell in a string of now-deleted tweets.
She wrote, according to The Sun: "I’ll love him always and always be there but sometimes u have to be cruel to be kind. I hope he comes back the person I fell in love with."
She is said to have followed it up with: "Jeremy knows he’s done wrong. To do what he did to the mother of his child, he knows isn’t right.
"U can’t help someone who doesn’t want to be helped. I have done all I can regardless what has been thrown in my face."
