Halloween season's crept up on us very sneakily - it doesn't feel long ago that we were tuning into Love Island every night, and now the clocks are going back soon and we're puzzling over what to wear for our Halloween party.

But anway, Colwick Hall Hotel, the hotel that brought us the amazing Harry Potter afternoon tea, have waved their magic wands...
Bringing us a 'Hogwarts Halloween Experience In The Great Hall', allowing you to don your robes and experience the world of witchcraft and wizardy this Halloween.
You're encouraged to go dressed up in robes and you’ll be sorted into houses before the magical evening ensues.
There's everything from a Potions Class to House Games, themed tables and a Champagne Lounge.
There'll be drinks on arrival, a three-course Hogwart's Banquet, house games AND a disco.
We think it looks frighteningly good tbh.
You'll also be given chocolate wands and magic gin - the event's in collaboration with Nottingham gin bar, Ginvent, so there won't be any shortage of it.
