These are all the emojis in the new update and we CANNOT DEAL

EXPLODING HEAD EMOJI!!

emoji update

Our current group chat on WhatsApp is about 90% emojis, 9.9% 'SLAAAAAY' and YAAAAAS' on repeat and about 0.1% actual, coherent words (it's also called the Peen Appreciation Society, 'cos you know, we're heat).

So, you can imagine our delight when we heard a whole new batch of emojis are landing later this year, meaning there's going to be about 52985285 new ways for us to express our emotions without having to actually use the English language. YAAAAS.

Apparently, joining the salsa dancing woman, love heart face and the champagne bottle, there's going to be a breastfeeding woman, a guy with a beard, a zebra, a dinosaur and, wait for it, a SANDWICH.

Yup, the variety of emojis on offer is really quite something.

We never knew we needed a sandwich emoji before, but now we're wondering how we managed so long without one. Summoning our work friends for lunch is now gonna be so simple.

Here's a little sneak peek at what's in store when the update launches:

There's also loads more emojis expected which haven't made the preview...including a Genie, a coconut, and of course, the legendary sandwich.

Until then, the aubergine is probably going to remain at the top of our recently used emojis, usually followed by the burrito.
