Unless you somehow didn't get the memo and actually made plans on Saturday night, you probably saw Kayleigh Taylor's bloody fab X Factor audition.

The Liverpudlian won the judge's approval with her rendition of My Immortal by Evanescence and left Simon Cowell speechless when she revealed she had his name tattooed on her lower back.

Her audition also triggered Sharon Osbourne into offering some heartfelt words of advice and empowerment after Kayleigh had been making self-deprecating jokes about her weight.

Sharon said: "Can I tell you something missus?

"Stop all the crap about the weight - it doesn't matter. It's who you are if you want it to be and if you're comfortable, show it. Promise?"

YAAAAAS.

Kayleigh Taylor X Factor

But before wowing the panel on The X Factor, Kayleigh had previously appeared on another ITV show.

She faced a whole different kind of judgement on The Jeremy Kyle Show and even took the dreaded lie detector test.

Kayleigh allegedly featured in a segment called 'I found my long-lost father and I hope DNA proves he's not my dad' three years ago, which saw her father accuse her of stealing is mobile phone. She failed the lie detector test.

She told The Sun: “I don’t pretend to be perfect. I’m human.

“I’ve made a number of mistakes in the past and I’m now trying to better my life.”

In other X Factor news, Cheryl IS reportedly returning to the show this year.

She's apparently jetting off to a luxury villa in the South of France to help Simon choose his final three acts.
