We were going to have to come to terms with it eventually. We know deep down Love Island can't last forever. But the news that the date for this year's final has been confirmed is still too hard for us to take in, right now.

Taking to social media to confrirm the news, the Love Island gang revealed he show is coming to an end on Monday 24th July, and we're just not ready!!!

Love Island final

That's only 12 more days of on-off romances, game playing, nawty under-the-covers action and couples mugging each other off when someone who's '100% their type on paper' saunters into the villa.

12 days!!!!

What are we going to do at 9pm everynight for the rest of the summer? We're actually going to have to make an effort to meet up with our friends.

And what on EARTH are we going to talk about at work now?

It's all a bit too much to take in...

In the meantime, savour all the Love Island gossip you can and check out our spoilers for tonight's episode.
