It's time for a bit of Kardashian news, people. The most famous fam in the business appears to have stepped out of limelight – EVER so slightly – following the mega bust-up between Kim, Kanye West and Taylor Swift.

Other than Kim getting REALLY upset about the downfall of the very noughties 'it' girl accessory, the Blackberry. And being cut from The Hills.

Surprisingly, it's their usually off-the-radar brother, Rob, who has been grabbing headlines thanks to his turbulent relationship with baby mama, Blac Chyna. (PLUS the fact that they're gonna be getting their own show which MIGHT just become our new reality TV fix. After Celebrity Big Brother and Ex On The Beach, natch).

But Khloe has broken her silence to give her fans a really important message after her recent skin cancer scare.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star took to her app to tell fans: "There was one mole I had on my back that was skin cancer.

"I had eight inches of skin removed."

SHEESH. That sounds super painful and pretty scary, especially for Khlo whose father died from esophageal cancer in 2003. But we're SO glad she got it checked when she did, and now she wants others to be more vigilant with their mole-checking and general health.

We love it when celebs use their voices for important issues and we're glad to hear she's doing okay.

She warned fans: "I've gone through this process a couple of times and I am so grateful that most moles have not been cancerous… But wanted to share my experience with you so that if you notice something doesn't look right, you will take action and take care of your health!"

PREACH, Khloe.
